SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
-We offer free ground shipping in Canada and the U.S (Ground shipping within North America will take 3-6 business days).
-We also offer expedited overnight shipping (for additional charge).
- Due to Covid-19, signature is not required but ID needs to be shown upon delivery so please ensure you or your representative is available at the delivery address to receive the order and show the ID.
-Vida Rahnama Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking states shows that the item has been delivered.
- Vida Rahnama Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available at the time of delivery, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
RETURN AND REFUND
Vida Rahnama Jewelry accepts returns of any purchases except non-returnable items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the date of returning the purchase. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside North America. The deposit for custom pieces is Non-returnable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The engraved items, special orders or any customized orders (such as initials, custom designs or applying any changes to previous designs) will be final sale.
ORDER LEAD TIME
Any of the in stock items will be shipped to you in 3-6 business days after your purchase. Custom orders or made to order items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been sent.
